The western part of Berlin has been experiencing a remarkable comeback for several years. It has long been one of the most sought-after residential addresses in the capital, but the City West around Kurfürstendamm has completely reinvented itself. This is also where Schmargendorf is located, the smallest area of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, which removes contradictions between relaxing leisure activities and big-city flair. The latest residential project of the renowned Berlin project developer GROTH GROUP is also going up here: Maximilians Quartier.
Maximilians Quartier, or Quartier D, is the southern part of a four-part residential area. The four residential sections meet at what is know as “Quartiersplatz”. Here, classic Wilhelminian-style architecture meets the contemporary look of the southern residential sections D and C. This square functions as a connecting element and with its attractively landscaped design, invites residents and neighbours to relax and linger.
The building SUED1, which accommodates 71 condominiums and living spaces ranging from between 42 to 82 sq. m, is located in the southwestern section of Quartier D. We are pleased to introduce you to this extraordinary new building in the green heart of Wilmersdorf. Feel free to discover your new Berlin home here.
